My Kazumi Coffee order timeline

The dates, messages, and shipment notices behind my review.

This timeline is based on my receipt and retained emails. Personal addresses, payment identifiers, tracking numbers, support-ticket links, and full email headers have been removed.

April through August 2026

  1. Payment

I paid $423.47 to Oracle Cabling Inc. for a Kazumi Siphon Coffee Maker Set, a 110V Kazumi Toki, a 250 ml beaker, and shipping.

This establishes: Purchase date, listed products, recipient, and amount.

This does not establish: The policy text shown during checkout or a guaranteed shipping date.

  2. Support ticket acknowledged

Kazumi’s ticketing system acknowledged a request connected to the order.

This establishes: A support ticket existed.

This does not establish: The complete underlying message or how the issue was resolved.

  3. Cancellation requested

I asked to cancel, stating that I had waited more than two months and 50 business days.

This establishes: The date I requested cancellation and how I described the wait.

This does not establish: That every item had the same promised production period.

  4. Made-to-order terms and revised timing

Kazumi said each product was made to order, production began promptly, and cancellations were governed by its Terms. It expected late-July tracking for the complete order and said the stove was affecting timing.

This establishes: Kazumi’s stated position and the revised estimate communicated that day.

This does not establish: How the products are manufactured or whether a legal exemption applies.

  5. Early-July estimate for the coffee maker

Kazumi said the coffee maker was expected to be ready in early July and acknowledged this was later than the original estimate I had seen.

This establishes: The revised estimate and acknowledgment of a delay.

This does not establish: The exact historical website wording.

  6. Split shipment accepted

I agreed to have the coffee maker shipped separately, and Kazumi confirmed that preference.

This establishes: Agreement to split the shipment.

This does not establish: A resolution of the Toki’s status.

  7. Partial shipment notice

A shipment email listed the siphon set and 250 ml beaker. It did not list the Toki. Approximately 80 days had elapsed since payment.

This establishes: A shipment was created for the listed items.

This does not establish: Delivery of the Toki or the exact delivery date of the shipped items.

  8. Assembly guidance

After I reported that the connecting tube touched the bottom of the flask, Kazumi advised slowly rotating the glass while applying gentle pressure and linked to a video.

This establishes: A reported assembly question and Kazumi’s response.

This does not establish: That a tolerance issue existed or caused later damage.

  9. Flask cracked during fourth use

I reported that the flask cracked on a gas stove at medium-high heat with 400 ml of room-temperature water. It was not heated empty and had no prior impact or chip. Kazumi’s system acknowledged the ticket.

This establishes: The purchaser’s dated account, use conditions, and ticket acknowledgment.

This does not establish: The engineering cause or a substantive support response.

  10. Review request

An automated message asked me to review the siphon set and beaker.

This establishes: A review request was sent for the two listed products.

This does not establish: Shipment or delivery of the Toki.

  11. Toki still unshipped and undelivered

As of this date, the Toki had not shipped and had not arrived, 114 days after the April 10 payment.

This establishes: The purchaser’s dated current order status.

This does not establish: Later changes after August 2, 2026.
