I am a Kazumi customer, not a coffee-equipment seller or competitor. I created this noncommercial site to share my dated order records, the current policy language, and the product information I wish I had received in the box.

The site has no advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships, sales, or donations.

Editorial rules

  1. Use retained records for first-hand factual claims.
  2. Separate facts, attributed statements, opinions, and unknowns.
  3. Do not infer intent or a technical cause.
  4. Date current policies and review statistics.
  5. Link and clearly attribute third-party posts.
  6. Correct meaningful errors and remove private information.

I use the Kazumi name only to identify the company and products being reviewed. This website is not an official Kazumi property and does not provide order or product support.

Right of reply

A specific, publishable response from Kazumi Coffee or Oracle Cabling Inc. will be considered, with personal data removed and edits for length where needed. Purchase disputes remain separate from editorial decisions.
